I am a community planning consultant with over 12 years of experience supporting small and rural communities in developing practical, forward-looking plans that strengthen infrastructure, governance, and community wellbeing. My background includes work in municipal and regional planning, infrastructure coordination, and community development, where I have supported leadership teams in strategic planning, service delivery design, and long-term growth initiatives.
Prior to founding Community Pathways Consulting, I worked with local governments and Indigenous communities across Western Canada, helping secure funding, guide capital planning projects, and improve community safety and service coordination. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for local knowledge, ensuring plans are realistic, community-driven, and built to support long-term resilience and opportunity.

I later moved into regional community development roles, supporting strategic planning, funding applications, and capital project planning for rural and remote communities. Prior to founding Community Pathways Consulting, I worked as a senior planning advisor supporting local governments and Indigenous communities in developing strategic, safety, and infrastructure plans aligned with long-term community goals.
Today, I work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and community members to ensure planning outcomes are realistic, fundable, and grounded in local priorities. My goal is to help communities move forward with clarity and confidence while building strong foundations for future generations.
